What counts as a tracked user?

Any unique end-user (by email) that your project has sent at least one event for. You can delete tracked users at any time to free up space.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Limits apply immediately and we never delete your data on a downgrade.

Do you really have no charts?

Correct. JustUsers is deliberately an action list, not an analytics suite. You get counts and lists, not funnels.

How are teams priced?

Each plan includes a number of teams and team members. Larger plans unlock more of both so agencies and bigger orgs can collaborate.
